The Directorate of Finance Welfare Association has donated items valued at GH ¢15, 000 to the Cap
Presenting the items, the Chairman of the Association, Mr. Victorious Hagan Yamoah, said the donation was their corporate social responsibility to the School. He said the Association decided to make a positive impact in the lives of students in the School as part of its Silver Jubilee celebrations.
A delegation from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) led by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Joseph Ghartey Ampiah, has participated in the Biennial Conference of the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM), and the 6th Africa Higher Education Week at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre, Nairobi, Kenya.
The Institute of Education (IoE) in collaboration with the Transforming Teacher Education and Learning (T-TEL) has organised a workshop for Coordinators of Supported Teaching in the various Colleges of Education in Ghana on “Field Experience in Schools”.
The Access Course which started on Monday, October 22, is a refresher course to prepare Post NAC/NAP final year students who could not get credit for English, Mathematics and Science in the West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
Dr. Bempah , explained that the tablets were a formulation of vitamin B1, B2 and B5 capable of preventing complications affecting all organs in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Other ingredients of the tablets he mentioned were dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate.
